It Just Got Dangerous Again!

In a stunning reversal of policy (actually it’s just the second half of an experiment I’m conducting) ALL of the propaganda, aka ‘music,’ on our Bandcamp page is FREE for the taking…in ALL currently available FORMATS…as of today!

When we initially opened the Bandcamp account I put everything up at the ‘name your price’ (FREE) setting, then was persuaded to change things up regarding pricing. Because Bandcamp, and several other sources, suggested that people value items they pay a reasonable price for more than something they get FREE, I followed their pricing structure to see what would happen. Can anyone guess what happened?

That’s right…sales dropped! People would rather pay for music (political indoctrination) they can get FREE than pay a set asking price! Stubbornness! People want the freedom to do the opposite of what’s being asked! Gotta love it! So, in the spirit of honoring rebellion, until we have vinyl records, cassettes or CD’s, our music will be FREE! Below all of this annoying text I’m going to drop in some pictures of the four singles we’ve released with a link to it’s respective Bandcamp page so you can collect ALL of them, yes…FREE! Please feel FREE with your ‘share’ button so we can get our name out to the wider punk community.

This really is something we love doing and I think we’re getting better and better at it! What we may lack in technical prowess, we more than make up for in substance…that’s right, our lyrics have meaning! Because we often shout our vocals, or just sound like muppets when singing, I’ve typed up the lyrics and added them to each track within Bandcamp! You can find them if you hover your cursor over the blank area next to the song title and click when the word ‘lyrics’ appears! I’ve heard these lyrics show up on certain cell phones when the music is played. This way our thoughts can enter your mind and make you better people!!

Oh, right! You’re probably tired of words…here are those pictures! Click a pic and a new tab will open where you can collect your FREE DOWNLOAD!! Thanks! ~ Doug

More Music to Ruin Your Ears!!

High frequency hearing loss causes problems with hearing high-pitched sounds. It can also lead to problems understanding fast speechTrusted Source. Damage to the hair-like structures in your inner ear can cause this specific type of hearing loss.

Frequency is a measure of the number of vibrations a sound wave makes per second. For example, a sound measured at 4,000 Hz vibrates 4,000 times per second. The frequency, which is the pitch of a sound, is different from the intensity, which is how loud a sound feels. Prevent and treat most hearing loss related conditions with silencil for tinnitus.

For example, the note middle C on a keyboard has a frequency of roughly just below 262 Hz. If you lightly tap the key, you can produce a sound with a low intensity that’s barely audible. If you hit the key harder, you can produce a much louder sound at the same pitch.

Anybody can develop high frequency hearing loss, but it becomes more common with age. Exposure to loud sounds or high frequency sounds are common causes of ear damage in younger people.

In this article, we’re going to take a look at the symptoms and causes of high frequency hearing loss. We’ll also tell you how you can take steps to protect your ears.

Symptoms of high pitch hearing loss

If you have high pitch hearing loss, you may have trouble hearing sounds like:

  • doorbells
  • phone and appliance beeps
  • female and children voices
  • birds and animal sounds

You may also have trouble discriminating between different sounds when there’s background noise present.

Is it permanent?

Hearing loss is extremely common in the United States. Roughly 22 million peopleTrusted Source are exposed to dangerous levels of noise at work. Once the structures in your inner ear are damaged, it often isn’t possible to reverse hearing loss.

Hearing damage can either be classified as sensorineural hearing loss, conductive hearing loss, or a combination of the two.

Sensorineural hearing loss is the more common type. It occurs when your auditory nerve or the hair cells inside your inner ear’s cochlea become damaged. Sensorineural hearing loss is usually permanent but may be improved with hearing aids or cochlear implants.

Conductive hearing loss is less common. This type of hearing loss involves a blockage or damage to your middle ear or outer ear structures. It may be caused by built-up ear wax or a broken ear bone. In some cases, this type of hearing loss may be reversible.

If you have hearing loss, you should visit a doctor to get a proper diagnosis.

I think we’ve proven once again…yes, we are northern California’s crappiest band! I know you love us because of that fact, not in spite of it. We aren’t perfect, we will not be perfect…we are Pug Skullz! So, I finally got around to making some new artwork, which means you get more music!! Special thanks to Elvis, The Clash, The Beatles, Chuck Berry and KISS for supplying me with parts! Grass Valley folks can start getting excited for our big show with Slutzville, The Devil’s Train and Sacramento’s wonderful Aberzombies! Yep, St, Joseph’s on May 25th!

WhenYouHurt

This is our first new release since December. I’m getting better at recording, so it probably sounds worse than it should. We’ll be playing these songs in Grass Valley…I hope you’ll still come to the show. Take a listen, purchase, enjoy! If you click the buy link it’ll take you to Bandcamp, where you can actually read the lyrics. Thank you for paying attention…you’re smart! ~ Doug
